SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders will be shipped within 2 days if ordered Monday through Thursday.  If ordered on a Friday it will be shipped the following Monday.  I only ship within the USA. and shipping is added to the price given.

 

EASY RETURNS

Any item can be returned if within 14 days of ordering.  Return shipping is at your expense.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

I will provide you with a USPS (post office) tracking # when the item is shipped.  If you prefer UPS or Fed Ex for delivery, you need to contact me before you complete your transaction so I can provide you with a cost.

 

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Refunds (less the shipping) will be issued once I receive the item back. 

 

CUSTOM ITEMS

The item(s) you receive may not be the exact item as shown.  If the item you buy has been sold, I will make your custom piece and send you photos of it before I ship it to make sure it meets your expectations.  It is very hard to duplicate custom pieces since they are all made by hand in my studio. If you are not satisfied once you receive the item, you can return it within 14 days.
