These copper earrings are 7/8" wide by 1 5/8" long to the top of the earwire. I love the simpleness of them, and the complexity of the texture and color. After cutting 22g copper sheet into a rectangle, the earrings were annealed (heated) and folded multiple times. The process is completed 3 times to get all the folds placed. A patina was applied to accentuate the textures and folds. The earwire is handmade from 20g sterling silver wire.
All of my earrings are sealed with either a paste wax or a spray sealer. If they do tarnish, just polish with a jewelry polishing cloth. Each piece comes with an anti-tarnish pad which should be kept with the earrings.
