These copper earrings are 1" wide by 2.5" long to the top of the earwire. I love the simpleness of them, and the complexity of the textures and colors. After cutting the 22g copper sheet into the 1st shape of half an oval, the earrings are hammered on two edges to curve and then pried open. The edges are shaped to give them the curvy look. A patina was applied to accentuate the textures and waves. The earwire is handmade from 20g sterling silver wire.

All of my earrings are sealed with either a paste wax or a spray sealer. If they do tarnish, just polish with a jewelry polishing cloth. Each piece comes with an anti-tarnish pad which should be kept with the earrings.
